Rachael O'Neill has 25 years planning experience, having worked in local government and private practice in Victoria. She established O'Neill consulting in 2014.

APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMITS
Comprehensive service
From initial design concepts through to planning approval we work with and co-ordinate multi-disiplinary teams, including architects, landscape architects, heritage architects, ESD consultants, arborists and traffic engineers.
We oversee the preparation of the application for planning permit. We prepare comprehensive planning reports, including as required, ResCode assessments.
We have effective relationships with Council planners and pride ourselves on working with them to facilitate approval in a timely fashion.
APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW WITH THE VICTORIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL
Advocacy, briefing and co-ordination
Rachael has extensive advocacy experience, including in hearings and mediations.
We also have very good relationships with solicitors and barristers and brief them and expert witnesses as required.
